We connect to all major streaming platforms including Zoom, Go To Meeting, Livestream, WebEx etc. and come equipped with full HD video and audio, VMIX for dynamic presentation control, graphic/content management and viewer analytics. We are licensed with advanced virtual event platforms to provide more robust virtual online event experiences to immerse your audience. 


When Pro AV hosts your virtual conference, we will be here for you every step of the way. From creating your event website, custom registration pages, coaching presenters for their session, to moderating their session and providing technical support, Pro AV is there to ensure both your audience and your presenters enjoy the experience. 

Fully Virtual or Livestream Hybrid

Our services include fully virtual events, with a custom website, registration, and event session navigation experiences. If your presenters would rather be on stage than on a webcam, Pro AV will staff your in person presentation and livestream your event with full AV production staging, lighting, and visual effects and robust virtual event platform.

I personally want to thank Pro-AV for all your hard work and staff support for the 23rd California Unified Program Annual Training Conference  2/2-3/18/2021!!  You have done a very professional job.  This conference has been a huge success and your quick response and attention to detail has been admirable.

I especially want to thank John Coronado for answering text, phone calls and emails so quick and communicating fast and efficiently as we monitored all these daily sessions and for joining us for planning meetings and lots of Zoom team meetings.

With this being our first virtual conference with 206 speakers and 180 training sessions there was alot to coordinate. We are also grateful for all the Speaker & Moderator training you provided for us.

I believe this is our 21st year contracting with Pro AV and I have always appreciated your staff support getting our sessions started on time and following through and making it happen.
